A Label Built to Record the Sound of Freedom
Azadichords — the chords of freedom — is the name of a label and a song festival: a home for voices that cannot, and will not, stay silent.
We work for poetry and music that breaks through censorship, not with its permission.
We don't release artists; we release a belief — that every voice, even in exile, even forced into silence, has the right to be heard.
That is why our songs are free to download for listeners inside Iran. Where the platforms are closed, this site is open.
And that is why there is a festival: each year it gathers voices that have not yet been heard, and carries the chosen songs to an album and to a stage.
This label began with one voice. It was never meant to end with it.
Kamran Rasoolzadeh — poet, composer, and singer-songwriter — founded Azadichords as its first artist. Not to remain the only one, but to be the first of many voices still to come.
Meet the Artist →Stand Behind the Voice
Azadichords is fully independent — no sponsor, no institution, no gatekeeper. Our songs are free for listeners inside Iran. Everyone else can help keep it that way.
There is no payment on this site. Each way to support below leads to the place where it actually happens.
Own the Work
The album «Iran-e Jan» — Kamran Rasoolzadeh's newest album, in remembrance of the names of the homeland's Javidnaman — together with Kamran's new poetry collection.
Listen and Share
Stream on Spotify, Apple Music and YouTube. Every share is an effective effort to carry this song to the families of Iran's Javidnaman, and to keep their memory alive forever.
